The Crater Lake Ski Patrol is a volunteer based organization that runs mostly on a small stipend from the National Park Service’s Volunteers in Parks Program and donations from the ski patrollers themselves.  If you are interested in donating to the Ski Patrol, donations can be received by the Crater Lake National Park Trust  www.craterlaketrust.org

These donations will be used solely for the Ski Patrol and are not to be used for any other projects run by Crater Lake National Park Trust.

  • Provides Medical Assistance to Visitors.

  • Provides Search and Rescue Service.

  • Provides Visitor Information.

  • Provides Visitor Assistance.

  • Provides Weekly Ski Trail Sign Maintenance. 

  • Provide Ski Trail Marking on over 75 miles of backcountry ski trials.

  • Promotes Visitors Safety.

  • Provides Snowpack Evaluation.
