Each of these files is approximately 500k in size. If you have a slow connection they will take sometime to view/download. If you have a slow connection likely it is better to download the file to your hard drive (as opposed to clicking on the link) before viewing it. Instructions to download the file are below. If you have a fast connection (DSL or cable) you should be able to just click on the links.

Downloading Instructions (based on Internet Explorer): 

1. Right click on link: example, Spring 2000
2. Click on  Save target as... in menu window that appears.  
3. Select a folder on your disk in which to place the downloaded PDF. You can save it to your desktop.
4. Click  Save
5. Navigate to the folder where the file was downloaded and double click on it or double click on the icon for the file on your desktop if you downloaded it to your desktop.

Information about Downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader We have also dramatically improved the quality of presentation, now that the growth of high-speed Internet access means that we can provide a larger download size of 30MB.
